Maybelline Fit Me Blush
Hi guys, long time, no see ;o
Well heres a review for this blush I bought a few months ago
Well heres a review for this blush I bought a few months ago
This is blush from the Maybelline's Fit Me line. I personally don't understand why they need a "Fit Me" blush... Blush is blush. But oh well.
With the coupons and sales, this came out to $1.74
I got it in the shade Medium Coral. Why? Cuz I thought it was pretty. The picture I took doesn't do much justice...
Here we go, the one from the website.
Its pretty, right?
So, it doesn't really show true to color on my skin tone, but I like it. It gives a subtle hint of pink, making it look very natural. :D
That's what I aim for: natural blush. I don't like it too pink ;P
The blush goes on pretty well, and it doesnt feel gross or have a smell. The brush sucks though. It's all hard and useless. ew. The packaging is whatever... I don't really like it. At least it shuts well.

Olay Active Hydrating Cream
Hi guys :3
Soo... This was on sale so I decided to pick it up. There were a few different Olay ones on sale, but this one only had one left, so I assumed it was good.
Its the Original formula,so i think its just the basic one.
It's pretty moisturizing and its pretty light. Thankfully, its not sticky. I normally wear it under makeup, so it smooths out my skin :3 It smells like baby lotion. The only problem I had with this cream is that for some super odd reason, it really irritated my eyes. So I don't use it around my eyes.
This is what it looks like:

This is what it says on the side of the box:
Moisturizes - Penetrates quickly, providing your skin with an immediate surge of active moisture to soothe dryness without a greasy feel.
Improves - Helps your skin replenish its own essential fluids so skin is softer, smoother, and more supple.
Restores - Works like the essential fluids abundant in young skin, to help restore skin to its natural beauty and diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Overall, its a pretty good moisturizer, but its nothing amazing.
Next, I want to buy the Garnier Refreshing Gel moisturizer, I have tried a sample and really liked it so....

Biore Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser
I had been wanting to try this for awhile and so I got it :D
I hear people rave about it alot.
Ever since I started using it, my acne has improved :3
I don't use it everyday though, because its very drying. Might be helpful for oily skin people. Make sure to apply a good moisturizer after!
It says "cools and clears", and it is very cooling. It wakes you up so its good for the morning.
Haha, its so refreshing. It might sting a little on acne, but its only a little. I think this is a pretty good cleanser aside from the drying factor.
It has salicylic acid, which really aids clearing up acne. :D The cleanser also claims to remove 99% of dirt and oil, and it really does remove alot of oil and dirt, causing the drying issue and my face always feels fresh and clean after.
The formula is a clear gel.

e.l.f. Tone Correcting Powder
Heres what the box looks like
The erm... compactHow thick it is
The inside
Sooo... I decided to get this randomly, and I'm really happy I did! :D
It's translucent, so don't worry about the colors :3
It helps minimize redness and help my dark under eye circles look brighter. I've been using it everyday ever since I bought it.
I'm not sure if you're supposed to use it first before concealer (or foundation) or after... I just use it after I apply my concealer.
But yeah, I've already hit pan :< It comes with a mirror inside, but I don't really like the roundness of e.l.f.'s compacts.

up&up Facial Scrub
Hi guise!
Ok, so this one was a dollar less than the St. Ives one, so I was all like... hm... why the heck not try it? This is the refreshing one, so it doesn't help with acne. I smelled the one that helps with acne and it smells super disgusting...
It smells similar, but its not the same.
It makes your skin soft, and works pretty well, but I don't think that its the same as the St. Ives one. I don't think I'll buy this one again. Also the tube wasn't even filled up all the way.
I like the St. Ives one better... It smells better and makes my skin super soft & glowy :3

Clairol Nice and Easy Perfect 10 Hair Dye
Soooo... Its been awhile D: but I dyed my hair a month ago... Just thought I'd review the dye. Its in like ash blonde i believe? I dunno, I dont have the box anymore >:
comes with the hair dye, comb type tip, conditioner (6 weeks treatment) instructions & gloves
Yeah, I played it safe and did some highlight streak whatever things. The dye is designed to stay in for only 10 minutes but I left it in for about an hour or 45 min. since I have black hair, and I don't have bleach. I'm really happy with the results and I think I'll be dyeing more pretty soon. I don't know how much it was, because my mom bought it for me. The dye smells pretty bad ._. uh, yeah...

Up&Up Makeup Remover
Up&Up is Target's brand that supposedly has lower prices. I decided to pick this one up because I had run out of makeup remover. (sorry i was too lazy to take a picture) but this makeup remover has 2 levels, shall we call it?
It says its oil free but... isnt one of the levels oil? o.o
anyways, this product doesnt really remove ALL of the makeup. It does pretty well with removing eyeliner... Not so much with waterproof mascara. It takes a majority of it off, but theres still quite a lot remaining on the lashes, if that is, you dont want to pull your lashes out. ;~;
After using this, it's gonna feel a bit oily. So youre going to have to wash your face... Unless youre alright with that.

Forever 21 products~ Makeup Cleansing Wipes & Tweezers
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!(:
I found these pictures as a draft so I'll just write the review... Boredom x)
Both of these are from Forever 21 :D
Sooooo, heres some green tea make up removing wipes.

They were $2.80 and you get 30 of them. The cloths are very thin. But, they work very well. I wouldn't necessarily repurchase these though; they aren't really anything special.
I picked up these tweezers because I lost mine ._." I'm pretty sure that they were $1.80. The design is pretty cute... Theres a cat on it :3 They worked pretty well too. and they're not too expensive so ...
Yeah... Thanks for reading! :DD

Maybelline Baby Lips and Lots of Lashes (BzzAgent Kit)
Yay my Bzz Agent package arrived :D I got 5 lots of lashes mascara and 5 baby lips lipbalms; both by Maybelline.
Soo, let's summarize the bzzguide they gave me.
So the baby lips are formulated with a "breakthrough combination of Shea butter, powerful antioxidants and vitamins, and smoothing Centella concentrate." it has SPF 20 and claims to provide 8 hours of hydration for your lips.
Then they describe the stuff they put in it. I'm gonna summarize these
•Shea butter-Repairs, moisturizes and softens
•Vitamin Complex- prevents oxidation of lip molecules and restores damaged cells
•Centella- plumpness and hydration, elasticity, creates line-free look
They also claim to visibly repair and renew lips in four weeks.
Now for the mascara.
Lots of Lashes... I suppose it's a spin-off of their original Great Lash mascara. They say that it has a new applicator brush called "The Great Little Grabber"
That's what the brush looks like. It has spiky things all over and it claims to be shaped for easy application for the inner and outer corners of the eye.
It also claims to build lashes without clumps.
This mascara comes in 3 washable (non-waterproof) shades and is available for $6.40 at mass retailers.
Now, lets get on with the reviews :D
~~~~~~~~~~~
I like the baby lips quite a lot. I only opened two out of the five. They sent me 5 out of the 6 flavors. Two are clear (quenched and peppermint) and three are tinted (cherry me, pink punch, and peach kiss) they don't really have a taste to them except kind of a sunscreeny taste o.o"
I opened the quenched and cherry me. Quenched seems to have no color or flavor according to the thing. But i think it's lemony. Cherry me has no flavor but it smells good. The tint isn't too noticeable. Its very sheer.
This lip balm makes your lips very soft and you dont have to reapply often ^^ hehe.
Would I buy these? sure.
As for the mascara... I don't like it very much. I don't like how it gives spidery lashes. My lashes are quite weak so that may be the reason why. Most of the reviews on BzzAgent say they liked it, but I don't agree. The application was very easy though, which was good. The color was also very good. I wouldn't buy this mascara though. :/
